If you are a Dashboard System Subscriber, you may submit a support ticket by selecting Help from your main menu and selecting Tech Support from the drop down. Here you will also find a summary of your past requests, including status and tech team member assigned.
The fastest way to receive accurate and complete technical support is to submit a Support Ticket via the Help menu of your Dashboard System account. Tickets ensure we are properly tracking your requests and allow for rapid, easy escalation to a supervisor if necessary. If you need more detailed support, you can email support@growcommerce.com or call 1.800.631.1545 during the hours of 8am and 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Please submit a ticket prior to calling so your support rep can properly assign your request if needed.
