What is the Process?

Iventa's process is well documented and stems from many years of experience in all facets of the technology and creative spaces. Our dedicated project managers will walk you through each of the following steps to ensure we meet or exceed your goals:

1. Analysis. Also known as Pre-comp, this phase allows Iventa staff to get a complete understanding of your project through a series of creative meetings and pre-production forms that will provide us with info from your logo selection to color pallets to the proper approval channels for composition work and story board development.
2. Design. This phase is where we will layout several creative concepts and work with you to refine them into a final, ready-for-production design composition and/or story board, collectively referred to here as a "comp". This comp will allow you to see a snapshot of your final product before we ever begin writing a line of HTML code.
3. Construction. From the approved comp, our technical team will begin bringing your project to life. From the first line of code or the first frame on a timeline to the final ready for release product, this phase will be the most important in your project lifecycle.
4. Implementation. This phase consists of all final adjustments, extensive testing and final release to the client. The final step in this phase is publishing your project and, if appropriate, release to the public.
